Responsibilities Set up, layouts and programming Collect data from inspections Process troubleshooting Light maintenance 1st article inspections Requirements Five years manufacturing and trouble-shooting experience on CNC Swiss Two years layout and set-up experience/or capacity to learn on CNC Swiss Two years manufacturing, trouble-shooting, programming, and set-up experience on CNC Swiss. Good math aptitude and good blueprint reading abilities. Good understanding of SPC and the basic elements of TQM and GD&T ** If no CNC Swiss experience, CNC background with strong ability/desire to learn Swiss is acceptable. Skills: Needs to have solid communication skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision. Candidate must be able to get along and work with others and be able to work overtime if need be.
