SAP Functional Analyst

SAP Functional Analyst (S4/hana)Hybrid - will need to be onsite 2 days/week, but can increase due to business needs. Do not submit candidates who wish to be fully remote.Responsibilities:Provide functional subject matter expertise for contract compliance in 1ERP built on SAP S/4 HANASupport the organization in responding to user tickets and track and facilitate resolution of defects and enhancement requests, including but not limited to defining the issue, troubleshooting the issue, working with IT and 1ERP implementation team to fix and test defects before moving to production.Provide support on development of dashboards tracking key metrics of program / provider or client performance.Create custom queries using SQVI in 1ERP. Prepare and distribute vendor spend and contract reports and queries to the 1ERP user communities, sourcing and other teams.Establish relationships with all departments and levels of the organization in order to understand the information needs of each.Assist with any ad hoc requests or special projects that require data analysis.Provide end user support to users of 1ERP regarding processes and systems as it pertains to contracts / outline agreements.Provide support to suppliers as well on a day-to-day basis with respect to interactions with 1ERP.Manage outline agreements, interfaces and network suppliers in 1ERP.Process line item pricing from CCL (Sourcing system) to 1ERP.Monitor and respond to team mailbox and support tickets (Service Now) for issues/questions with 1ERP.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree requiredIn depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, specifically Vendor Management, Purchasing, Contracts and interfacing systems supported by the Supply Chain Systems team.Minimum of 7-10 years experience in Supply Chain or related environmentAbility to function in a very fast paced environment and meet multiple deadlinesExperience with HP ALM Tool.Attention to detail.Intermediate SQL Report/query writing experience required.Must possess time management skills, demonstrate the ability to work independently, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collaborate well with internal and external teams.Demonstrated excellent forward thinking and analytical skills.Project management experience including requirements writing skills and ability to develop and execute test cases to be utilized for user acceptance testing associated with systems.Even Better If You Have:Data analytics skillsExperience troubleshooting data discrepancies.Experience using Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite) applications such as GMail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets & Slides.
