Our organization is seeking a Gynecologic - Oncology Physician to provide locum tenens support to address an immediate need.
Opportunity Details & Requirements:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, with 2 days in clinic and 3 days in the Operating Room (OR). Includes rotating weekend coverage and alternating weekday and weekend on-call duties.
- Responsibilities include performing procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Common diagnoses and procedures include: Ovarian Cancer, Endometrial Cancer, Uterine Cancer, Cervical Cancer, Vaginal Tumors, Uterine Fibroids, Cancer Genetic Counseling, and Outpatient Laboratory Testing.
- Credentialing process typically takes 45-60 days.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system used: Epic.
- Must hold Board Certification.
- Completion of a fellowship in an accredited program is required.
- Active Indiana medical license, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License, and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) are necessary.
