• $600,000 guaranteed base salary
• $600,000–$800,000+ total potential with uncapped wRVU incentive

Job/Practice Description:

• Otolaryngologist - ENT
• Location: Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo)
• Welcome residents, fellows and experienced physicians
• Robust medical and surgical subspecialty support (Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery, etc.)
• Onsite, comprehensive audiology team with 1 ENT physician, 3 audiologists and 2 audiology technicians
• Advanced practice providers take practice and hospital primary call, physicians only take backup call
• 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ER admissions and medical management of common ENT conditions
• Surgery block time in three OR locations (Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital and the Findlay Surgery Center)
• Very wide referral base with little surrounding competition - be as busy as you want to be and perform the cases you want to do!
• Average of 25-30 patients/day in clinic with emphasis on full-service, comprehensive ENT care
• Schedule is typically 3 days in clinic and 2 days in OR per week, but physicians have significant input into their practice patterns, schedules and patient volumes
• Four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots with da Vinci® Table Motion
• Opportunity to provide and receive mentorship
• 50% General ENT / 50% Subspecialty Focus
• Current physician practicing general ENT with a focus on sinus surgery
• Potential Areas of Focus: Head & Neck Oncology, Otology / Neurotology, Facial Plastic Surgery, Sleep Surgery, Laryngology / Voice

Profile Background:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Otolaryngologist ENT
• Ability to hold an Ohio State License
