Our Primary Goal is to assure that everyone involved in the patient’s well‑being has executives and Champions in charge, personally involved in the delivery of care and achieving desired outcomes. RN’s, LPN’s, Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapists, Home Health Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, Attendants, Companions/Live‑Ins and other specialized healthcare professionals are licensed, trained and ready to provide care twenty‑four hours a day, every day. Job Description Matrix Home Care has several openings for RN for SOC/Oasis & Follow up visits in Riviera Beach, FL and the surrounding areas: Monday - Friday and Weekends Needed. Visits include Start of Care Assessments, Wound Care / Medication Management and Infusions. Private Duty and Medicare Patients. We are hiring Start of Care and Visit nurses. Follow up Visits $50 Requirements Must have prior Home Care in Home Visit and Oasis Experience Valid FL Nursing License EVV – Kantime Software Spanish Speaking a plus Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Matrix Home Care
