Job Description Matrix Home Care has several openings for RN for SOC/Oasis & Follow up visits in Riviera Beach, FL and the surrounding areas: Monday - Friday and Weekends Needed. Visits include Start of Care Assessments, Wound Care / Medication Management and Infusions. Private Duty and Medicare Patients. We are hiring Start of Care and Visit nurses.
