Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Managers earn $13-$17+ per hour on average (base pay + up to 12% commission + monthly bonus). Top performers can earn even more.

Your responsibilities will include working side by side with your Store Manager to run a great salon, leading and coaching our Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team, helping recruit, schedule, and develop great people, delivering the kind of customer service that keeps clients coming back, resolving customer concerns professionally, keeping the salon clean, stocked, and running smoothly, growing sales and controlling labor and costs, partnering with your Store Manager on promotions and growth, and handling the salon's cash, deposits, and customer card data securely.

You should have 1-3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience (bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred), strong verbal and written communication skills in English, the ability to motivate others, basic computer and POS skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to be on your feet 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Our salons are open seven days a week. We build schedules with flexibility in mind, but you should expect to work some nights, weekends, and holidays. Occasional local travel may be needed for meetings, training, or supporting other salon locations.
