Shift: 08:00-20:00 (Mixed, Rotating Weekends)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements
- 2+ years of recent acute care leadership Surgical Services experience required
- 3-5 years of experience as a staff nurse in the operating room or other surgical area
- BSN required
- TX RN License or RN Compact State License
- BLS from approved HCA vendor
- ACLS from approved HCA vendor (must be maintained if currently held, obtain within 6 months of hire if not)
- PALS from approved HCA vendor (must be maintained if currently held, obtain within 6 months of hire if not)
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain 24-hour responsibility for the supervision, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care provided on the assigned unit.
Coordinate and supervise the activities for the unit, supporting the safe and efficient delivery of care.
Assist the Director in implementing Performance Improvement activities, hospital policies/procedures, and in the financial management of the unit.
