The Bartender at The Thirsty Dragon is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service within the resort's lively lobby bar environment. This role blends craft beverage preparation with engaging guest interaction, creating a welcoming social atmosphere for resort guests and visitors. What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards.
• Provide engaging, attentive, and personalized service to bar guests and lobby patrons.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer; provide recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar, glassware, and service areas.
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with bar setup and breakdown.
• Collaborate with servers and other team members to ensure seamless service flow.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory counts.
• Always uphold Dellshire Resort service standards and brand culture.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Who You Are

• Previous bartending experience required, hotel or upscale bar experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage presentation.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service per state law.
• Responsible Beverage Service certification (or ability to obtain) within 30 days of hire date.
• Strong guest engagement, sales, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive team attitude.
