Contract Details

Position Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Start: Variable start times between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Pay Rate: $75.00–$76.00 / Hour (USD)

Shift / Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s as preferred by client; 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Call required — post shift and rotating weekends. Travelers may not be asked to take call depending on experience level, but must be open to it.

Travel Requirements: Local radius is 50 miles

Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

NMT/PET Tech position. Will primarily be working in PET, but may float to Nuclear Medicine if needed. Weekends may exceed every other to accommodate unit needs. All RTO needs to be included at time of submission. Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform PET imaging procedures and support
• Float to Nuclear Medicine procedures when needed
• Manage post-shift call requirements as outlined
• Participate in rotating weekend schedule

Required Skills

• ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification with CA license
• BLS certification
• Proficiency with Epic charting system (highly preferred)
• Siemens equipment experience (highly preferred)
• PET imaging experience (required)

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience accepted
• 6 months of PET experience required (hard stop)
• First-time travelers accepted if 2 years of experience

Education Requirements

• ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification with CA license required
• BLS certification required
• Nuclear Medicine certification required
• PET certification preferred but not required

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Acute care hospital setting with 426 staffed beds
• Free parking
• Epic charting system
