Join Our Team at New Process Metal Solutions!

We’re looking for a reliable and detail‐oriented Stamping Press Operator to join our 3rd shift team. This is a great opportunity to work with a company that values safety, quality, and growth.

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (plus overtime)
Schedules may vary based on customer and production needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate various stamping presses and related production equipment.
• Load coils, feed material through the press, and complete die changes.
• Review production schedules, work orders, and control plans to meet customer specifications.
• Perform part inspections using gauges, micrometers, and measurement tools.
• Identify defects, stop production when needed, and obtain proper approvals before continuing.
• Document production data, delays, and shift activity accurately.
• Maintain safe working conditions and follow all safety protocols.
• Assist with housekeeping, workflow coordination, and training of new team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience operating stamping presses or similar industrial equipment.
• Ability to read work orders, blueprints, schedules, and quality standards.
• Skilled in measuring tools (tape measures, micrometers, bar mics).
• Ability to perform die changes, load coils, and set up press equipment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and minimizing scrap.
• Basic math and problem‐solving abilities.
• Crane certification (or ability to obtain).
