Job TitleJob DescriptionHelpReview patient record and prep charts for appointments.Assists in counseling and educating patientsAssists in performing and managing simple medical procedures, physical examinations, and treatments.Prepares and delivers oral, topical, and injectable forms while monitoring for and responding to side effects or adverse reactions.Administers prescribed medications with increased independence, ensuring proper patient dosages, routes, and times are followed.Provides practical nursing care to patients in the outpatient clinic to include rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, completing vision screenings, and documenting all patient interactions
