Fund Accountant
Virtual Vocations Inc
Reporting directly to the Fund Finance Director, the full-time remote Fund Accountant will manage fund accounting, post-trade operations, and financial reporting, while collaborating with various teams to support growth projects and enhance infrastructure. Key responsibilities Maintain accuracy and provide key reporting, including monthly and annual financial statements, tax compliance, and treasury management for investment funds Collaborate with service providers to ensure adherence to policies and internal control standards Develop and monitor reconciliations between internal records, prime brokers, counterparties, banks, and the fund administrator Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in hedge fund, public accounting for asset management, or fund administration Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting Thorough understanding of financial reporting in investment management Experience with enterprise-level accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Authorization to work in the United States
