Real Estate Paralegal - (Minneapolis, MN)

An established law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join their team in Minneapolis, MN! This position is full time, offers great benefits, and a competitive salary!

Their ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of legal experience. This person has strong communication skills, is highly organized, and detail oriented.

Skills required and Job Duties include the following:

Job Duties:

Conduct legal and public records research to support attorneys and client matters.

Review and analyze property, title, and ownership documents for accuracy and completeness.

Prepare, file, and track legal documents.

Draft legal documents related to real estate transactions.

Review and summarize contracts, agreements, and transaction-related documents for attorney review.

Coordinate with clients, title companies, surveyors, government agencies, and other third parties.

Assist with resolving documentation and title-related issues in collaboration with attorneys.

Prepare closing documents, checklists, and supporting materials for real estate transactions.

Maintain organized electronic and physical client files while tracking deadlines and project status.

Communicate with clients regarding document execution, transaction updates, and procedural requirements.Qualifications:

Paralegal degree or certificate preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience.

Detail oriented and great problem solver.

Real Estate experience.

Works well individually and in a team.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
