Find your next career opportunity and make a difference doing what you love at Children's.As part of the Foundation's E-philanthropy team, the Web Specialist is responsible for deploying web engagement technologies in support of the Foundation's fundraising and communications efforts. The position is expected to take on complex web and email projects with a high level of autonomy and will be responsible for the development and execution of email and digital strategies as well as providing customer service, consultation, and insights. The Web Specialist will manage multiple projects simultaneously and show proactive leadership in meeting specified goals and deadlines designed to improve the effectiveness of Foundation projects and communications. The Web Specialist will also be skilled in analyzing the effectiveness of communications and campaigns, seek opportunities to enhance the donor experience across mediums and be open to supporting additional digital marketing tools as needed.ExperienceOne to five years of professional experience managing web and/or digital campaigns using a content management system (CMS)Proven experience creating content for webExperience applying web design and web marketing principlesExperience using web analytics tools.
