Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their needs and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at effectively addressing their mental health challenges.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's specific circumstances.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Advocate for clients by helping them access valuable community resources and services that improve their quality of life, mitigate barriers to treatment, and enhance their recovery process.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential records of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions, in adherence to ethical and legal standards required by the profession.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care, participating in case management meetings to discuss challenges and adjustments in treatment plans.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest practices, trends, and policies in mental health care.

The client population you will serve primarily consists of individuals dealing with mental health issues and substance use disorders. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses, providing culturally competent care tailored to each individual’s situation. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
