Production Machine Operator
CAC, a manufacturer located in Bloomingdale currently has openings for short-cycle Production Machine Operators with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are looking for someone who is a motivated team player with a great attitude. If you possess the required experience, a strong can-do attitude, have a knack for accuracy and efficiency and work great within a team environment, we'd like to meet you!
What you'll do each day...
- Responsible for short cycle machine operations associated with quantity production of identical units
- Pull and cut orders (paneling, punch press, drilling)
- Start and stop machine, load/feed the machine and watch machine operations to ensure smooth operation
- Monitor production to ensure quality and perform verifications and inspection of the product and the machine
- Ensure equipment is in top operational performance by calling for repairs when needed
- Complete proper transactions for each job
- Label material with correct designations
- Ensure job and materials are of good quality
- Meet or exceed customer's specifications as outlined on the manufacturing order
- Any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by his or her supervisors

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must pass the Drug Test and Background Check
