Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator

Supporting a busy hiring period, the part-time Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) will manage high-volume interview scheduling, administrative coordination, and candidate communications in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Schedule a high volume of interviews across recruiters, hiring managers, teams, and time zones Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring smooth communication and logistics Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and support operational tasks to enhance team alignment Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or a similar administrative role Demonstrated experience managing high-volume scheduling in a fast-paced environment Strong calendar management skills across multiple stakeholders and time zones Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby a plus) Proficiency in Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, and other remote collaboration tools
