Payroll Specialist

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience Location: Downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team! This is a great opportunity to step into a hands‑on payroll role supporting bi‑weekly processing through ADP while also contributing to light executive administrative work. The team is looking for someone who can grow with the company, adapt quickly, and bring a strong culture fit to a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule. Work within ADP to support payroll operations. Assist with light executive administrative duties as needed. Maintain payroll records and related documentation. Support day-to-day payroll questions and adjustments. Help ensure payroll processes remain organized and efficient. Required Qualifications & Experience: 2-3 years of payroll experience. Experience working with ADP. Ability to process bi-weekly payroll. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to adapt, learn, and grow in a changing environment. Onsite availability in Moore, Oklahoma. Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Previous exposure to executive administrative support. Experience in a smaller, fast‑moving environment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfort working in a role with varied responsibilities.
