Acts Fleet Maintenance

Handle complex diagnostics without relying on others
Can follow structured processes without being chased
Communicate clearly with management and the team
Take ownership of their work—whether in the shop or in the field
Prefer working in a team where standards are consistent

The Work:

Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks and systems
Perform preventative maintenance that reduces real failures
Utilize modern diagnostic tools on late-model equipment
Complete mobile service calls independently and professionally
Follow established protocols and report progress to management
Deliver repairs that meet safety and performance standards
