This remote position allows you to maintain a work-life balance while working collaboratively with a team of professional licensed therapists. Situated primarily in an outpatient office setting, our practice fosters a culture of support, empathy, and encouragement. As part of our organization, you will be able to engage in teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face challenges attending in person.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a clear understanding of clients' mental health needs, followed by the development of comprehensive and effective treatment plans.

  • Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of proven therapeutic modalities tailored to clients' specific challenges and circumstances.

  • Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic process, adapting approaches as necessary.

  • Offer teletherapy sessions to clients who prefer virtual support or those with accessibility challenges, thus ensuring every individual has the opportunity to receive care.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation that adheres to ethical standards and regulations, underscoring our commitment to professionalism.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to continually enhance your clinical capabilities and stay informed about emerging practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. This role requires not only clinical expertise but also the ability to establish a trusting and therapeutic relationship with each client, providing a safe space for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

  • A current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • \n
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • \n
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
  • \n
  • A compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor, and a strong commitment to client-centered care.

  • Effective organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse caseload and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in an outpatient setting or familiarity with teletherapy practices would be advantageous. Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care is preferred.
