Job Title: IT Consultant 1 Job Code: OH 802328 Client: State of Ohio – DODD Location: Ohio (Hybrid – 95% Remote) Duration: Contract until 06/30/2027 Position Overview The State of Ohio is seeking an IT Consultant 1 to provide technical advisory and consulting services across enterprise IT systems. This role focuses on identity management, cloud security, collaboration platforms, and CRM solutions to support secure and efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities Serve as a technical advisor to guide adoption and usage of enterprise IT systems Consult with stakeholders to define business requirements and recommend solutions Provide expertise in Salesforce implementation and Agile delivery practices Analyze and improve IT systems for performance, scalability, and security Evaluate technology trends and recommend system enhancements and modernization strategies Advise on risks, costs, and benefits of IT solutions Support IT security audits and compliance activities Collaborate with program and project teams to deliver technical solutions Ensure systems align with enterprise standards, governance, and security policies Required Skills & Experience Experience with: Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) – 3+ years SharePoint – 2+ years Okta (SSO, MFA) – 2+ years Salesforce – 2+ years Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 – 2+ years Strong knowledge of: Identity and access management (IAM) Cloud security and user account management Enterprise collaboration platforms Experience in IT consulting or enterprise IT environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Primary Skills Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), SharePoint, Okta, Salesforce, Dynamics CRM 365 Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr S R INTERNATIONAL INC
