Novant Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our Orthopedic Operating Room in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you’ll deliver perioperative care to orthopedic surgical patients, serving as circulating and/or scrub nurse. You will prepare OR suites, ensure sterile technique, coordinate with surgeons and anesthesia, and closely monitor patients throughout procedures. You’ll educate patients and families, support quality and safety initiatives, and collaborate within a diverse, mission-driven team focused on exceptional, patient-centered outcomes and continuous professional growth.
