Job Description
Job Title: Special Procedures Tech
Profession: Radiology / Cardiology

Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day
Hours per Shift: 10 hours (06:00 - 16:30)
Experience: 3 years required, neurovascular experience preferred
License: Virginia license required or compact license in hand at the time of submittal
Certifications: ARRT CI, BLS, ACLS required
Must-Have: No prior license or background hits


Description:
This position is located in a beautiful area known for its outdoor attractions.
There are numerous trails for all levels of hikers and over 20 waterways to explore.
Candidates cannot have any prior license or background issues.
Special Procedures/Interventional Radiology experience is required.
Schedule is Monday to Thursday with a rotating call.
Key skills include managing ports, angioplasty, central venous access, and various interventional procedures.
Experience with Epic charting system is required.
First-time travelers will be considered for this position.
Fit testing will be required; candidates will be eliminated if there are any fit test issues.
EKG testing will be necessary, and candidates must achieve an 80% or higher to continue with the contract.
Modules are required to be completed prior to starting the position.
