Job Description/Responsibilities To create great relationships with our guests in a friendly, personable manner Accurately take orders and communicate effectively with guests Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner Provide excellent customer service Perform opening and closing duties as required Communicate effectively with co-workers, kitchen and management team Job Requirements Minimum 2 years serving experience Excellent customer service skills and ability to exceed guest expectations Excellent time management skills Maintain a professional appearance Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers A strong work ethic with a willingness to take initiative for our guests Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Welcome to George & Gather!
