In the role of Project Controls Specialist II, we'll count on you to:Establish WBS, and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the projectCoordinate with necessary team membersDevelop and monitor project metricsParticipate in project coordination meetingsConduct project site visits if applicableConduct schedule baseline and schedule update reviewsDevelop cost estimatesPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction or EngineeringCertifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PE, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CSTAbility to interpret construction schedulesPreference is given to local candidatesPrior experience with A/E/C firmRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceA minimum of 5 years' experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control and project reportsStrong decision-making skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsAbility to coordinate and prioritize multiple long and short-term tasks simultaneouslyStrong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned cultureHDR is our company. The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
