Our new hospital facility, now open, features five exam rooms, a dedicated surgery suite, a dedicated dental suite, expanded patient care areas, and a modernized workflow. Compensation & Benefits Compensation is tailored to experience, schedule, and production. Competitive base salary: $135,000–$175,000, depending on experience and schedule Production‑based earning opportunities Sign‑on bonus Benefits include: 401(k) with employer matching Paid time off CE allowance plus paid CE days Medical, dental, and vision insurance Pet care discounts Four doctor coats provided annually Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA‑accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date Preferred Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in‑house diagnostics Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine Strong communication and client relationship skills Collaborative, team‑oriented approach to medicine Interest in exotics or pocket pet medicine The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
