Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality mental health counseling to young adults undergoing treatment. Your key tasks will include:

- Conducting Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized, empathetic one-on-one counseling sessions, helping clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By implementing coping strategies and action plans, you will support their personal growth. \n
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individual treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. You will set achievable goals that reflect the clients' aspirations and challenges. \n
- Monitoring Progress: Continuously evaluate clients' mental health progress by using various assessment tools and feedback methods, ensuring treatments are effectively meeting their objectives. \n
- Team Collaboration: Engage regularly with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes for clients. You will consult on complex cases to drive comprehensive support. \n
Your expertise will be vital in addressing the mental health needs of young adults ages 18 to 30 facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, requiring a commitment to inclusivity and a deep understanding of their unique experiences.
Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess a valid LPC license in Texas, along with a minimum of two years of supervised counseling experience. A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is also required. You should be adept at using telehealth platforms for effective client communication and care delivery.
Preferred Experience\nWhile the minimum required experience is two years, we highly value additional experience working with adolescent and young adult populations. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to our team.
Compensation and Benefits\nWe offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
