Position Overview Clinic Director & Equity Partner – Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic Location Nassau County, New York License Requirements Physical Therapist license required. Responsibilities Lead the development and launch of a new outpatient clinic, building operations from the ground up. Oversee clinic operations and financial management. Lead team development, recruit and interview staff, and build a culture that retains teammates. Drive community outreach and referral growth to build patient base. Work closely with experienced leaders to receive training in leadership, team development, recruitment, operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Develop patient experience and clinic location strategy in partnership with Ivy Rehab leadership. Training & Support Pre-launch training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Ongoing support from marketing, HR, recruitment, legal compliance, IT, and revenue cycle management teams. Compensation $100,000–$115,000 annually (full salary paid even before clinic opens). Eligible for annual Clinic Director bonus plan after launch. Equity ownership opportunity in the clinic, directly benefiting from the clinic’s success.
