Nurse Practitioner

Job overview The Nurse Practitioner contributes to AHF by monitoring patients and preparing comprehensive patient care plans at our Wellness Centers. With a friendly, helpful and compassionate disposition, the NP enhances the member experience, conducts diagnostic tests, evaluates lab reports, provides risk-reduction counseling for STIs, and interprets healthcare conditions.
