Must-Have Skills/Experience: Experience in Level 2 ICU, open heart, cath lab, and neuro surgery. Ability to float to different areas as needed.

Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Intermediate Care. The unit provides care for patients requiring complex medical treatment. The facility is equipped with 24 beds and has a patient ratio of 1:3 for the IMC. Candidates will work with advanced medical equipment including IV pumps, CRRT machines, and ventilators. The primary patient population includes adults and geriatrics with conditions like heart failure, respiratory failure, trauma, and post-operative care. Candidates should be positive team players and must possess the ability to handle critical situations effectively. Preferred experience includes CVICU and pediatric care. The dress code includes scrubs in galaxy, royal, or navy blue colors. Hoodies and open-toed shoes are not permitted. Floating to other units may occur on a rotational basis.
