Restoration Specialist

WHAT WE OFFER BENEFITS: Health insurance (50% covered) & 401(k) with up to 4% match GROWTH: Clear path to Lead Specialist — performance reviews every quarter TEAM CULTURE: A crew that works together, learns together, and pushes each other to be better **PAY & SCHEDULE: **Weekly pay, Mon–Fri full-time + paid holidays and PTO Navigate Restoration, LLC · Vero Beach, FL · US 1 & 12th St Serving Brevard, Indian River & St. Lucie Counties Responsibilities: • Demo and rebuild damaged structural elements, including drywall and plumbing • Deodorize and sanitize indoor space • Repair and restore the structure • Carry out water extraction and mitigation services • Organize and clean salvageable belongings and property WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Execute mitigation tasks on water, mold, fire, biohazard, and wind damage projects • Document your work accurately — daily logs, time tracking, removal notes, and photos • Interact with clients professionally and with genuine care and empathy • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and uphold safety standards on every job • Participate in after-hours emergency response (on-call rotation) Qualifications: • Must have IICRC (inspection cleaning and restoration certification) certification, WRT (water damage restoration endorsement) is preferred • High school diploma or GED required • Applicant should be comfortable working in the field, in all types of weather and environments • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and in good physical fitness and stamina for cleanup • Good communication, teamwork, and listening skills WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Reliable, organized, and ready to show up every day prepared to work • Reliable personal transportation — work spans across Brevard, Indian River, and St. Lucie Counties • A personal cellphone for scheduling, communication, and on-call availability • Strong communicator — with the team and with clients • Detail-oriented with a willingness to do things the right way, every time • Comfortable with physical work and available for after-hours emergencies • Prior restoration or construction experience a plus — but not required Compensation: $18 - $23 hourly
