Junior Packaging Specialist/Designer (Hybrid)

Location: Framingham, MA (Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite) Schedule: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri Duration: Ongoing (no end, could be 2+ years - very high retention client) Compensation Range: $35 - $36 per hour Join an established leader in the Consumer & Retail sector to drive the creative evolution of global accessories and trend products. In this role, you will bridge the gap between initial concept and physical production, delivering high‑visibility packaging solutions seen by shoppers worldwide. This is an exceptional opportunity to expand your creative portfolio by owning the end‑to‑end design process for household brand names. Responsibilities Design high-impact packaging assets (boxes, hangtags, and labels) to maintain brand equity and elevate new trend-forward products across global divisions. Develop precise physical prototypes and presentation-ready mockups to secure swift internal stakeholder and buyer alignment. Manage the end-to-end production workflow from concept to shelf to ensure all quality standards, visual tool requirements, and category deadlines are flawlessly executed. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Vendors, and Senior Specialists, to review and proof packaging before final press delivery. Qualifications 1-3 years of design experience, ideally focused on retail or consumer packaging. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. Strong portfolio demonstrating an excellent sense of color, typography, and experience bringing packaging components to life. Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (BFA), Graphic Design, or a related creative field.
