Contract Details

Position Type: Contract
Duration: 6+ Months
Pay Rate: $18.90 / Hour (USD)
Shift / Schedule: 2nd Shift - Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (with 30-minute unpaid lunch)

Job Summary

The Production Operator (Ripper/Folder) performs work required to manufacture shingle products, along with related safety, housekeeping, shutdown, cleanup, startup, and maintenance work. This is a go-to-work role - no interview required; only submit candidates to VNDLY who have started onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Using gloved hands, manually fold roof ridges (no tools or machinery required)
Work safely and avoid at-risk behaviors at all times
Use standard procedures and technical training
Perform related safety, housekeeping, shutdown, cleanup, startup, and maintenance work as required
Meet the production target of 12 boxes per hour - failure to meet this target could result in a performance termination

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

Must bring your own safety shoes
Must wear at least 35% cotton blend long sleeve shirts
All other PPE is provided
Role involves manual work using gloved hands
