Job Description We are seekinga Nurse Manager - Intensive Care Unit ICU to join our team! This person will provide specialized care for criticalpatients as well asfocus on patient treatment and recovery. Position Name: Manager Intensive Care Unit Shift Details: Mixed (Rotation will be days and PM. Weekend coverage to be worked out with team) Address:1000 Mar-Walt Drive, Fort Walton Beach, FL - 32547 Salary Range: $95-105K (may be able to push for $108-$110K for a really strong candidate) * Based on Years of experience Must haveRecent (within the last year) Acute Care leadership experience as a Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manager in the Critical Care (if only charge nurse experience candidates must have 5+ years, Manager experience would be 2+ years and Supervisor experience would be 3+ years. Must have this leadership experience within the Critical care space) relief charge experience does not qualify BSN Preferred (but would accept ADN currently enrolled in a BSN) Responsibilities: Assistphysicians in performing special procedures Collaboratewith multidisciplinary teamsto facilitate integrated and comprehensive care Identify potential patient problems and take appropriate measures to intervene Maintain a high level of expertise in critical care nursing techniques Monitor and safeguard patientquality of care Ensure complete and accurate patient records Qualifications: Must have Recent (within the last year) Acute Care leadership experience as a Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manager in the Critical Care (if only charge nurse experience candidates must have 5+ years, Manager experience would be 2+ years and Supervisor experience would be 3+ years.
