Hospital Practice Coordinator (3+ Month Contract) We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Consulting Hospital Practice Coordinator to manage the daily administrative functions of our healthcare consulting practice. This full‑time, 3+ month contract role supports medical professionals in delivering excellent patient care. Salary is $21‑24 per hour. Responsibilities Manage and maintain calendars for medical professionals, scheduling appointments, meetings, and consultations. Organize, file, and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Coordinate and manage lease agreements for the hospital practice. Serve as a liaison between the consulting practice and other departments or external parties, ensuring clear and effective communication. Utilize Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools to create reports, track expenses, and manage budgets. Handle invoicing, including the preparation, distribution, and tracking of invoices. Assist with the management of administrative functions, including staff scheduling, office supply maintenance, and handling mail and deliveries. Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as data entry, file management, and project coordination. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in healthcare or consulting. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience with calendar management and scheduling. Familiarity with invoicing processes, including preparation and tracking of invoices. Experience with expense management and budgeting. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of administrative procedures such as filing and record keeping. Experience in leasing or contract management is a plus.
