Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Warwick, New York.Job Description & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited educational program.
• Active New York State PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is required. Clinical experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Familiarity with restorative nursing programs, transfers and gait training, therapeutic exercise, and ADL-focused interventions preferred.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records and follow facility-specific documentation standards required.
