- School Speech Pathologist (SLP) – Elk Grove, CAWe are currently seeking a compassionate Speech Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you play a key role in providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services to children. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at a school setting helping children with communication and language disorders.**Responsibilities:*** Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to the overall educational plan.* Conduct thorough evaluations & assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results using your expertise as a speech language pathologist* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to integrate therapy goals into the student’s overall educational plan.* Regularly monitor and document the progress of students receiving speech-language services.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing communication with stakeholders.* Generate detailed progress reports to inform parents, teachers, and administrators about students’ achievements and areas for improvement.**Qualifications:*** Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or speech pathology* Speech Language Pathologist / SLP License & or RPE License* ASHA certification is preferredBecome a part of our team and create a meaningful difference in the lives of students.
