What We're Looking For

• Experienced HVAC technicians (residential and/or light commercial)
• Skilled in service, diagnostics, repair, and installation across systems including central AC, heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, and evaporative coolers
• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA certification
• Professional appearance, strong customer communication, and pride in quality workmanship
• Team players who value doing right by the customer over pushing a sale
