The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Operational Risk Management within its Investment Management Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of a consistent risk management framework, including the annual RCSA process, and providing independent challenge and guidance to business units. Additionally, the role involves defining and monitoring key risk indicators, delivering risk assessments, and leading global scenario workshops. The Executive Director will also be a key influencer in management committees, championing risk culture, and driving continuous improvement in operational risk practices. Applicants for the Executive Director position should be seasoned operational risk professionals with a proven track record in a similar role. The role requires a strategic thinker who can also provide hands-on leadership in risk management. The ideal candidate will have experience in RCSA processes, KRI monitoring, and thematic risk assessments, and be adept at influencing and contributing to risk management at the most senior levels of a global organization.
