Make a difference as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with early childhood students in a dynamic educational environment near Greeley, CO. This contract opportunity involves supporting young learners, collaborating with educational teams, and overseeing the work of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to foster communication skills essential for student growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Current SLP State License and Educator Certificate required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor an SLPA
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Flexibility to work fully onsite; hybrid schedule may be considered if supervision requirements are met (minimum 3 days onsite per week)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to early childhood students (caseload typically 50-55)
• Complete assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
• Supervise SLPA in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide progress updates, and help integrate communication goals into classroom activities
• Support generalization of communication skills within academic and social settings

This contract role starts August 13, 2026 and is expected to conclude May 20, 2027 (dates subject to change), offering 37.5 hours per week. The atmosphere is collaborative and student-centered, with an emphasis on professional support and growth.
