You'll support pediatric patients in our Brookfield outpatient clinic while also providing care to adult clients in assisted living and senior communities throughout the Milwaukee area. Physical Therapist Responsibilities (Pediatric & Adult):

• Complete initial and ongoing evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and functional independence
• Address developmental, injury-related, and age-related challenges, including balance, gait, posture, and flexibility
• Provide skilled, hands-on therapy to improve gross motor function and reduce injury risk
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure patient-centered care
• Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support continued progress at home, school, and community settings
• Participate in pediatric (B-3 or school-based) and adult interdisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program with a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
