About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of construction operations, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from preconstruction to completion. This includes overseeing field operations, project management, purchasing and warehouse, safety, and quality. The VP of Operations will be a key driver of operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with company standards. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years' of progressive leadership in construction operations. The role requires a proven ability to lead large-scale field operations and cross-functional teams, strong financial and operational acumen, and excellent communication skills. The VP of Operations will also be responsible for strategic planning, business reviews, and decision-making, as well as for maintaining best-in-class quality and compliance programs. A deep knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, quality control, and OSHA regulations is essential, and experience in utility, infrastructure construction, or renewables is preferred. The position demands a leader who can instill discipline, build systems and processes, and ensure consistent and systematic results across the organization.
