You will work closely with the cook and dietary team to meet residents’ nutritional needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and distribute meal trays according to dietary guidelinesAssist with serving meals and beverages to residentsClear trays and operate the dishwasherMonitor and record dishwasher temperature and sanitation levelsPrepare snacks and nourishmentsClean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipmentSweep, mop, and maintain kitchen and dining areasStore food and supplies in a safe and organized mannerRemove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the shiftFollow all food safety and sanitation proceduresAssist dietary team as needed to ensure smooth operationsQualificationsMust be 18 years of age or olderReliable transportation requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredExperience in a healthcare or food service setting preferredMust obtain and maintain a Food Handler’s CertificationStrong teamwork and communication skillsWhy Join Piedmont Post Acute?At Piedmont, you’re more than just an employee—you’re part of a team that genuinely values and supports you.
