Delivery Driver – Waterford, NJ We are looking for an experienced Delivery Driver to join our elite team in Waterford, NJ. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package: minimum $17.00 - maximum $18.00 per hour. Vacation: minimum of one week Sick days: 5 days Holidays: 13 days (11 standard, 2 floating) Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability. Key Responsibilities Move larger commercial trucks, pickups, box vans, cars, trailers, and equipment throughout Southern NJ for 9 Transdev locations; handle parts and document pick-ups and deliveries, primarily based out of Waterford, NJ. Qualifications 21 years or older High school diploma, GED or equivalent Must obtain Non-DOT Medical Certificate for vehicles over 10,000 lbs. Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable Physical Requirements Work outdoors in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions: 100% of the job performed outside, often alone and in remote locations. Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day); frequently walk long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces. Push and pull objects occasionally; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level. Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing job duties; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
