Lead Member Service Officer (Float) - Branch Ops & Training

Rio Grande Credit Union is seeking a Lead Member Service Officer (Float) to support branch operations, staff development, and cross-branch leadership. This role includes assisting branch leadership, coordinating staffing decisions, and ensuring high standards of service across locations. You will supervise frontline staff, participate in audits, and handle daily cash operations while traveling between branches as needed.
