Full-Time PTA

to join our growing in-house rehabilitation department. If you're passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do:

Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans designed to help residents achieve their goals Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards Promote a safe, positive, and resident-focused therapy environment Qualifications:

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current Ohio PTA license in good standing Previous SNF/LTC experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Benefits:
