CNO Analyst/Programmer Level 1, Technical – Aurora, Colorado | Full‑Time What We’re Looking For As a Level 1 CNO Analyst/Programmer at CyberPoint, you will design, develop and maintain software solutions to support mission‑critical systems. You’ll contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, including coding, documentation, and reviews, while ensuring compliance with government software development standards. We’re committed to creating an environment where each employee can thrive. What You’ll Do Program in Assemble, C, C++, Java, Perl or Python. Participate in design, code and software readiness reviews. Author and maintain technical documentation. Collaborate with team members to analyze requirements and implement solutions. Ensure software adheres to design requirements, quality standards and mission objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues as they arise. Support testing, integration and deployment activities. This position is 100% onsite and requires an active TS/SCI+FSP Security Clearance. Salary Range: $137,000 – $187,000 Qualifications What You’ll Need U.S. Citizenship Active TS/SCI with Full‑Scope Polygraph Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering Experience with C, C++, Java, Perl or Python Software development lifecycle processes Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Our Culture Great people are the foundation of any great company.
