This is demonstrated in base-line and comparative documentation, entered in a timely manner, and with evidence of age-appropriate consideration when care is planned, delivered, and evaluated.The Professional Practice Model graphic and Duffy's caring factors are attached.We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in the Pre-Op Assessment Clinic.Hours: Monday-Friday 0730- 1800 (4- 10 hour Day shifts)The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have experience in the following:PhlebotomyEKGPrevious Pre anesthesia clinic experience (Preferred)Responsibilities:Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate the care of cancer patients and families.
