Sales Trainer Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Train and develop a team of Sales Associates
• Provide leadership and guidance
• Attend strategy meetings
• Collaborate with team members to ensure success
• Uphold principals of superior customer service
• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance
• Availability for flexible scheduling
• Commitment to treating colleagues and customers with respect
