Your primary responsibility is administering Gap Inc.’s equity-based compensation programs around the world. With our collaborative approach to work streams, you are responsible for administering many aspects of equity administration for one of the largest specialty apparel retailers in the world who currently has approximately 3,500 equity award recipients in 13 countries.What you'll doProvide strategic advice to the company and cross functional partners on the design and implementation of our global equity programAssist in processing RSU releases, and RSU and option grantsPrepare online grant agreements and send grant communications to employees, including notification and tracking of online award acceptancesDevelop communication skills to exchange complex informationManage projects and program execution within area of specialty and ensures quality of workWho you areExperience implementing and administering equityUnderstanding of US federal and state taxation, and a general knowledge of global taxation of equity transactionsAbility to effectively communicate and interact with a diverse group of individuals including various levels of managementTeam and action oriented, dependable, with a strong work ethicAnticipate operational/program issues and develops preventative measuresSalary Range: $96,700.00 - $125,700.00Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
